This website is operated by Spire Hub W.L.L. (C.R. 88187-4), based in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Throughout this site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Spire Hub. Spire Hub offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site, to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or completing a booking or payment, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service, including any additional terms referenced herein. Please read these Terms carefully before booking a room, membership, or event through this site.

Our services

Spire Hub provides coworking space, private offices, meeting and workshop room bookings, mentorship, membership plans, and event space in Bahrain. Prices shown on the site are in Bahraini Dinar (BHD) and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.

Bookings, cancellations & refunds

Payment for meeting and workshop room bookings is collected online at the time of booking via our payment gateway partner (AFS).

Please refer to your specific contractual agreement for details regarding penalties, refund eligibility, and other conditions related to cancellation.

To cancel or reschedule a booking, contact us at hub@spire.bh quoting your booking reference.

Prohibited uses

You may not use this site or its content: for any unlawful purpose; to violate any Bahrain or international law or regulation; to infringe our intellectual property or that of others; to harass, abuse, or discriminate against any person; to submit false or misleading information; to transmit viruses or malicious code; or to interfere with or circumvent the security of the Service.

Payments

Card payments are processed securely by our payment partner, AFS (Arab Financial Services), via Bahrain's national BENEFIT payment network. Your card details are encrypted in transit and never touch Spire Hub's own servers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting changes to this page. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
