• Booking & contact details — name, email, phone number, and company name you provide when booking a room, applying to be a mentor, or contacting us.
• Transaction information — payment amount, and the date and room associated with a booking. Full card details are handled entirely by our payment partner, AFS, and never reach Spire Hub's own servers.
• Log & device information — browser type, access times, pages viewed, and IP address.

How we use your information

We use your information to process bookings and payments, send booking confirmations and invoices, respond to enquiries, and improve this website. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

We share information only where necessary: with our payment partner (AFS) to process card payments, with our booking and CRM system (Odoo) to manage your booking, or where required by Bahrain law or a court order.

Data security

Card information is always encrypted in transit and is processed directly by AFS via Bahrain's BENEFIT payment network — it is never stored on Spire Hub's own servers.
